💙 Hi, I’m Irmina
And I understand what it means when your body changes — but your desire to feel strong, confident, and alive does not.
My fitness journey truly began in my 40s, when I lost over 15 kg, changed careers, and rebuilt my relationship with movement from the inside out. I wasn’t chasing perfection — I was searching for a way to move without pain, pressure, or punishment.
What started with cardio-based fitness like Zumba soon expanded into a deeper passion for intelligent, supportive movement. Over the years, I’ve qualified in Zumba Step, Aqua Zumba, Strong Nation, mobility and strength training — but Pilates became the foundation of everything I teach.
Today, I support women 40+ through three pillars of movement:
🔥 Cardio & Energy
Joyful, heart-boosting workouts like Zumba and rhythmic movement that improve stamina, mood, and confidence.
💪 Strength & Stability
Functional strength, core training, and mobility designed to support joints, posture, and everyday life.
🧘 Mind & Body (Pilates)
Gentle, effective Pilates focused on spinal health, posture, balance, and safe movement for common orthopaedic conditions.
I specialise in Pilates for beginners, chair-based and seated exercise, mobility, and programs designed specifically for women navigating midlife changes.
My mission is simple:
To help women over 40 move with confidence, feel strong in their bodies, and enjoy exercise again — at every stage of life.
